Hustler currently features around 110 complete movies and a predictably large archive of photos – as you would expect! The videos are available in a wide variety of formats, but are under DRM protection. They mostly are available in a highest quality display of 352x288 (bitrates vary). Updates are made several times per week.
Even if you know only a little bit about the adult and porn industry, you probably know about the stories regarding Hustler and its ascendancy to somewhere near the pinnacle of the business thanks to its pioneering owner Larry Flynt. You’ve probably even seen the film about him where Woody Harrelson manages something miraculous (for himself) and turns in a good performance.
But the website offers you the chance to see what all the fuss is about. The site itself does not, unfortunately, cover the entire history of the magazine. It covers about the last 6 years, so if you’re expecting to see a lot of retro stuff available here then you might be disappointed. Contemporary porn fans will not be though, as this comprehensively covers everything the company has done in the new millennium and throws in quite a lot of extra stuff shot exclusively for the site as well.
And, as you would expect, the names you can see here are as extensive as you might expect. The site covers the issues of its magazine in fair detail, but always features all of the pictorials (and you don’t have to suffer the adverts, hooray!). These inevitably form the greater part of the site, so if you are a subscriber then you may be left a little bit short of things to do. The movies feature many of Hustler’s biggest titles (including the brilliantly titled The Da Vinci Load) and are being added to on a regular basis – as you would expect. |

Although the layout on Hustler is really impressive, and the site and download speeds are surprisingly fast for such a large site, it can be tricky to get around. An attempt is made to categorise the content into the most appropriate niches, but these end up being confusing as you really can’t tell what the categories specifically mean.
Also, the browsing options are superb. Splendid updated information though, and the titles and pornstar indexes are really good. |

Hustler is absolutely brimming with the quality that you would expect of the website of one of the very few adult company names to pass into general popular culture, and is an ideal introduction to its content. The site itself isn’t perhaps as large as you might expect, and the absence of classic content is a disappointment.
But this is still a massive site that despite quite a few faults and high subscription price is still a must for any self-respecting mainstream porn follower.
