AdultRated is a site offering hundreds of DVD titles from dozens of well-known and acclaimed studios spread across many different niches – and all for an incredible low price too!
AdultRated is a site that no self-respecting porn fan should be without with its amazingly extensive library of titles, and features pretty much all of the biggest stars in pornography today and yesterday.
AdultRated currently features around 2100 titles at the time of review, but with no photo galleries as you might expect. All videos are available in MPEG and WMV format, displaying usually at 640x480 at their highest quality (2200kbps). The site is generally updated daily.
In a market which is becoming increasingly saturated with video download sites, AdultRated is one of the more recent additions that has been plopped into the tank with the rest to try and fight to float to the top of the tank. Does it manage it?
Well, there’s no reason why it can’t because it offers many of the best assets that other sites of its type offers – lots of niches of videos, extremely low price, regular daily updates. But does it have something extra?
Not really, but I don’t really suppose it needs something extra. But you just wonder how they expect to stand out from the crowd when they offer so much that is similar to other sites of this ilk.
Nevertheless, this is still a really good site to be partaking in should you choose to do so. Of particular interest to me was the large amount of hentai titles they had at their disposal – many sites of this nature tend to gloss over this genre quite a bit, but not AdultRated!
AdultRated is well presented with a pretty similar navigation to that which is usually the standard for this type of site. There’s a reason why it is the standard, and that’s because it works really well.
It allows you to browse all the DVDs by studio, genre or star and all three work really effectively. The download speeds on the videos were reasonable enough considering the large size of some of the files for the superb high quality movies.
Updates are obviously very good, and there’s very little to criticise this site for on a navigational front.
AdultRated is indeed a very good video download site, there really isn’t any doubt about that. The range of videos is excellent and they regularly updated, and the fees are quite fantastic.
But it doesn’t really make any attempt to stand above its rivals, and as such its almost impossible to side with or against it in comparison to others because it’s no better or worse than them. It’s still VERY good though.
