The videos are available to stream only on this site, but feature plenty of browsing options, all of which are in the MPEG format. You can watch the videos at 512x384 – the highest quality versions here.
Bitrates vary throughout the selections, and downloads are reasonably swift. There is no indication of how regular updates will be from here on in.
