Armory To Be Turned Into Kinky Condos

I bet the Armory hasn't seen weapons like these before.
A few months ago I reported that a porn company had bought a historic old building in downtown San Francisco - and armory building that is basically lying completely unused at the moment. I speculated over what it would be used for.
The owners, Kink.com, apparently want to turn it into something that will not necessarily be a bondage complex, which is a surprise considering the background of their particular site and indeed company.
Instead, they plan to turn the complex into a network of condos which will house girls of a particular liking for you, with live 24 hour webcams that will also form photo shoots and videos in the future. Sound familiar?
You're probably thinking of Model Flats, the ingenious Russian site that bought an apartment block in Moscow, houses models in each of the flats on the proviso that they work for them in exchange for paying no rent.
It's an expensive venture and quite a commitment by all concerned, so if you're wondering why Model Flats hasn't had its idea replicated by plenty of other porn companies then that would be your reason right there.
One thing I will say is that if this venture turns out to be half as good as Model Flats is then they will be on to a very good thing indeed.
Just don't expect your friendly neighbourhood indie porn company to be trying their hand at this any time soon.
