DVD sites

Oh look, Movie Monster is yet another video download site. Fantastic! Or is it? Because let's face it, it's hardly the only one around.

It's gotten to the point now where I can't really differentiate between any of these video sites any more. They're all pretty much the same, falling into two very notable categories:-

1) Pay-per-view sites.

2) Flat rate fee sites.

I can't really see why anyone would even contemplate buying into the PPV ones. I mean, if you look at VideoBox you'll see for yourself that you can have access to more porn you could wish to see for just under ten bucks.

What's the point in paying for a pay-per-view site? They're so damn expensive in comparison. Plus, they always have themselves inflicted by what I call 'The Notorious DRM'. The selection of videos is not necessarily that much bigger either.

Nearly $6 buys you 34 minutes of action on Movie Monster. Nearly $15 buys you nearly 900 DVDs on VideoBox. Plus you get to keep the downloads. You make the decision.
