Free Porn Threatens Adult Film Industry

See, I told you free porn is rubbish.

This article is the type of thing that you might actually get excited about if you didn't know anything about the industry.

In reality though, it's telling us nothing that we didn't already know. Yes, there is loads of free porn on the internet. But unless you're on some kind of illegal file-sharing network (you naughty, naughty person, smacked bottom for you!) then you're not getting the really good stuff. Honestly, you're not.

If there IS too much free porn on the internet as some networks do actually claim, then they've only got themselves to blame. Floods and floods of hosted galleries and video samples sent out to affiliates should be curbed if they want to reverse this.

Also, the naivety of suggesting that the industry is about to die because of free amateur sites is utter nonsense. There are very, very few decent free sites out there that are giving away stuff that is genuinely worth seeing.

Plus, as pointed out in the article, free sites are often there as a gateway to the paid stuff and as such you end up getting considerably less free stuff than you might have suspected. It's like the free blogs that the Twisted Cash network have dished out - they're just gateways to the paid stuff.

Free porn ain't threatening shit.
