MP Caught Watching Porn

"But your Honour - she was REALLY hot!"
Sometimes I amaze even myself. You remember yesterday when I was talking about the fact that there needs to be more of an involvement of porn within politics to make it less dull? Well, who would have believed it!
Canadian MP James Moore has had to defend himself in that country's parliament against accusations that he was watching porn on his laptop in the chamber. How fantastic a news story is this and how much more respect do you have for this guy now?
Have you ever sat and watched a live parliamentary session? If not, I can assure you that it is the most boring thing you could ever be forced to watch. It really is. Watching paint dry would be a more fulfilling experience.
Judging by the amount of MPs that have nodded off during sessions over the years, I can imagine that it must get pretty boring for them as well. So why not sit back and relax and take in a little bit of Playboy?
Of course, the reaction from other politicians has been one of utter outrage and condemnation, and you wouldn't expect it to be anything different. Someone should tell these people that Playboy hardly counts as porn these days.
But secretly, deep down, you know these fellow parliamentarians are applauding Moore inside. They're wishing they had tried it out first, aren't they?
I just wished things like this happened over here. It would certainly brighten up the image of Gordon Brown if he got fed up of Prime Minister's Question Time and decided to knock one out over Rachel Aziani.
