Jenna Retires again

Jenna Jameson and a VERY large man. No more disparaging remarks from me then.

There's no doubting that aside from me complaining about the amount of DVD download sites, the top subject of this blog last year was Miss Jenna Jameson. So, why not start the year as I presumably mean to go on....

....with this news story which initially confused me before I actually read it. I mean, hadn't she retired last year? Can you retire twice without actually going back to work in-between? Hmm, it's all a bit strange.

Actually, working by the laws of mathematics, this should actually mean that she's back in the porn industry full-time again. A negative and a negative equals a plus, doesn't it? And the porn industry would say it was a negative that she's retired now.

The fact that she was booed for making this announcement is rather a shame though. She has done a HUGE amount for this industry, particularly the female side of things, and she doesn't deserve to be treated like this.

I've been a critic of hers and I think her recent antics have been worrying and odd at the same time. And there was no actual need for her to make this announcement again - I'd rather suggest everyone there knew she was retired.

But some of these idiots need to understand the way their industry works - you have a shelf life and when you go past that shelf life then you have to move on. She's moving on, and she should be respected for what she did in the past.
