In many ways, Jenna Jameson should take it as a compliment that so many people have an opinion on her, positive or negative. Generally, many people don't bother to comment on you if you've not done anything noteworthy with your life.

That so many people have offered an opinion on Jenna Jameson over the last year or so since her controversial retirement from porn is a sign of just how highly she is regarded by those within and indeed outside of the industry.

The reason many people have reacted towards her in such a verbose way is because many of them care, or are thankful of the career she has had over the last 15 years. In fairness though, some are jealous that she sees her life away from porn now.

Whatever your opinion on Jenna Jameson may be though, and I've had my say several times in here, the body of work she's been involved in and the porn achievements she's racked up are going to be extremely difficult to topple, I would say.

She's had more titles named after than any other pornstar, with the industry knowing full well that the name of Jenna Jameson sells DVDs before anyone has even seen what she is up to in her movie. She could be doing pottery and people would still buy them!

Not only has she starred in so many hugely successful movies though, but she's also racked up appearances in most of the huge company porn sites around from Vivid to New Sensations to Suze.net - and many more besides.

She's a heroine.
