Nadia's Lair

The horse that I tend to climb on when I write some of these blog entries tends to be a very high one indeed. In fact, a stepladder would probably be quite useful to me for climbing atop it on some occasions.

This time, I'm climbing on it to ask why some networks don't take a risk with talent like Porno Pushers did with Nadia Nitro for her site, Nadia's Lair. Previous to this site being released they didn't have a single solo site, you see.

Yet they saw something in her that was enough for them to abandon their usual specifically themed, if not dull, hardcore sites and venture into territory they had never ventured into before. It was a risk that worked.

This is a really good hardcore site starring a girl who really does have star quality, enjoys doing everything she does, and excelling at practically everything. She's a genuine talent that deserved her site.

That certainly can't be said of the large majority of solo site stars who really are generally chosen because they're quite pretty, quite young and don't mind getting their boobs out occasionally. Not much more is often required of them.

In an age where the solo site saturates the market and makes it increasingly impossible for genuine talents to break through and get the notice they deserve, it's unlikely that Nadia's Lair will  be a huge success. But it should be.
