New Year Predictions
Spot my marvellous photoshopping.
Ahh, it's so very nearly the end of the year. Time to start drinking copious amounts of alcohol, making embarrassing passes at people you never want to see ever again, and vomiting copiously. So, much like the rest of the year then.
Despite my general irritation at all the shenanigans that go hand in hand with New Year's Eve and its forced jollity, it does give me a chance to look forward to 2008 and make some adult-related predictions for the year to come:-
- Britney Spears will, without a shadow of a doubt, end up being the star of another leaked celebrity sex video. In fact, it's something of a minor miracle that she hasn't starred in one already, really.
- The whole debate about the .xxx domain names will be trotted out time after time, but it will never actually happen.
- The porn industry will not actually end up leading the market with Blu-Ray DVD technology because nobody's going to buy such a machine to watch porn on.
- Abby Winters will win another 168 awards just for existing, and rightfully so.
- Paris Hilton will go for a hattrick and star in another celebrity sex video, but this one will be a lesbian one.
- Playboy will go through the entire year without doing a photo shoot that has a log fire in the background. Come on guys, you can do it!
- Brain Cash wil release another 13 sites.
And that's it - we'll check out next year how many I got correct!
In the meantime, happy New Year and all that.
