Pamela and Rick 'Divorce'

Pamela Anderson - quickly becoming the new Elizabeth Taylor.

It's often said that two months can be a long time in porn. Actually, I've never heard anyone say that, I just made it up. But when you think about it, actually, it can be. So much can happen in such a small time.

I mean, it was just a couple of months ago that I was reporting in this very blog that porn producer and general rapscallion Rick Solomon had married unwitting porn star Pamela Anderson in a secret ceremony.

And now, a few weeks on, it looks as though the marriage is on the rocks. Nobody seems quite sure if the marriage is on the rocks or if theur couple are attenpting to 'reconcile' their differences. Either way, that didn't take long, did it?

It certainly won't put to bed all those cynical rumours that were doing the rounds that Solomon married Pammy merely as a way to piss off Paris Hilton, a renowned hater of the ex-Baywatch beauty.

But another conspiracy theory must surely be in the offing here. Having already made a mint out of selling his sexual exploits with Paris, Solomon must surely have been drooling over the prospect of making another fortune out of this relationship.

Especially bearing in mind her past dalliances with being caught out on video and becoming the darling when it comes to celebrity sex videos, one hopes that she has been a bit more careful this time round. But I'd doubt it.
