Ray Spade's Vintage Amateurs is finally a site that deserves to be labelled as a 'retro' offering.

I've reviewed a fair few 'retro' sites really, but because mainstream pornography has been around for such a short space of time compared to other 'art forms', the industry regards stuff from even the mid-nineties as 'retro'.

As such, so few adult sites actually deserve the term 'retro' - simply because they aren't if you are to take the literal meaning of the word. Here's a site though with something of a difference, but one of the very few of its type around.

I suppose it helps when the maker of a site has a vested and personal interest in asuch material and isn't principally interested in procuring a few Ron Jeremy movies and Deep Throat, slinging them on his server, and waiting for the cash to roll in.

His personal collection is rare because so few people actually collect adult content. Because everything in this industry tends to get bunched under the same umbrella, some genuine high quality art out there gets ignored.

So good on Ray Spade, I say.
