Savanna Samson - Renaissance Woman?

'...and that's for not cleaning right round the rim!'

As interesting as it usually is doing my research for our selection of pornstars profiles and articles, none have perhaps been quite as interesting and eye-opening to research as Savanna Samson - a genuinely interesting woman.

I do love the thought of Savanna Samson's new wine plopping on to the table of the upper-class wine critics of America's broadsheet newspapers after they've found out it was manufactured by a pornstar. I can well imagine their reaction eliciting words like 'ghastly' and 'horrible'.

And then they taste the wine and realise that it's bloody good stuff and have to shut their faces. Okay, maybe I'm generalising my opinions of wine critics from what I've seen on Frasier, but Savanna Samson bursting generally held opinions with some amount of glee.

You really do have to admire the fact that she debuted at 32 but didn't really achieve a great amount of success until she was 35. Most women, and indeed men, of that age would have been overawed by the youthfulness of the industry and decided against trying.

But that she was signed to a Vivid contract at the age of 35 is a remarkable achievement and a testament to her sheer determination and not to mention the fact that she's so damn gorgeous that they would have been mad not to have signed her. Somebody would have snapped up Savanna Samson.

It's also doubly remarkable that she proceeded on to a hardcore porn career considering that her first experience was a bad one, with Rocco Siffredi no less, and would link it with a relationship that went sour as well.

Not many pornstars would continue to be filmed for hardcore sex scenes after appearing on The Daily Show with Jon Stewart of all things as well. Then again, Savanna Samson is not your average pornstar. That's why we love her.
