Tyra Porn

Unfortunately about as pornographic as you'll ever see her.

Really and truly, there was only ever going to be one outcome of this segment on the Tyra Banks Show - and that was a bunch of squealing and not really much informed debate. So why even talk about it?

Well, really and truly it's because these attitudes to porn are so utterly irritating. The way they marginalise the one woman who actually seems to approve this stuff shows immediately that shows like this really have no intention of a level debate.

This is what you have to deal with on a daily basis if you tell people you're in the slightest bit connected with the adult film industry - you're treated like you're some kind of leper and not worthy of breathing the same air.

Why? It's sex! Well, most of the time. The vast majority of us do it and some of the public even indulge in acts too depraved to be allowed to show in a film that would ever be released. So why the pontificating?

It's because porn is an easy target, really. It's not hard to attack porn and you don't really have to be very intelligent to do so as you can come up with all manner of easy reasons why it's 'disgusting' and why it should be 'banned'.

Try actually pressing some of these knuckle-dragging airheads for a more precise reason and you'd be better off banging your head against a brick wall. Which, really, would be far more satisfying anyway.
