A constant complaint of mine about the adult industry in the West is that we just don't seem to commit ourselves at all to animation. Hentai is a HUGE business in Japan after all - why do you think they make so many hentai movies?

For some reason, over here, we just don't dedicate any resources to making adult animation. Any such instances are usually created by underground outfits or networks that are prepared to be experimental.

But in Japan, they dedicate millions per year to creating adult animation. Such resources are just not available in these parts to create such content. Which is why sites such as Virtual Panty Girls are extremely important.

It's a strange site really, when you think about it. Bearing in mind the fact that you get so few originally produced sites from this area of the world that contain animation, it seems odd they would focus their attentions on a specific niche!

However, I think it is a great achivement by a network that deals specifically with the panty fetish to plunge some of their resources into producing an animation site dedicated to the genre. How many networks would do that?

I don't really know how much it costs to produce or create such content, but one would suggest that if the resources are not that great, networks dedicated to a specific genre really do need to consider going down this route.
