Voyeur Or Vo-Yawn?

I presume the photographer was hiding in a bix or something.
Having just reviewed a site called
Public Peek, it did have me wondering just what voyeur content actually should be.
Voyeurism is meant to be the act of gaining sexual gratification by observing someone from a secretive vantage point. How secretive is the above image likely to be? She's in a room with some boxes and she's pulling down her trousers for some reason and the person filming it is clearly not hiding it. It's not voyeurism, but I'll be damned if I know what it actually is!
The problem is, of course, that proper voyeurism is very difficult to do properly. All kinds of legal ramifications come in to question, and as such the likelihood of you actually seeing inside a real college girl locker room on one of these sites is minimal.
But voyeurism isn't completely absent in porn. You only have to look at sites like Beach Club Cuties to see that you can get voyeurism, Take a camera down to a busy nudist beach and hey presto. But isn't that just a little too easy?
The girls clearly don't mind being looked at if they're walking around in next to nothing. My interpretation of voyeurism is that it has to be a situation where the girl isn't in public, but rather in a more private and more secluded location. But as I mentioned before, I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for such sites to appear that are real.
