The videos are available in WMV and Quicktime formats, with the WMV versions having two different speeds, of which 640x480 is the best, with bitrates varying. The Quicktime versions usually display at 320x240. Updates are made regularly.
The hentai niche is always quite a difficult one for sites to come up with a great site for. The reason is mainly because the content is usually reliant on being licenced from Japan and is very rarely exclusively shot for the site.
Cartoon69 suffers the same types of problems of many sites of its type, but doesn’t ever really pretend that you’re seeing content here that you’ve never seen before, sending out its main content in well-organised feed sections.
