Cartoon Valley is a site where famous cartoon characters from down the years are animated to get up to things that they would never be allowed to do on their television shows or films! Some of the most famous characters in cartoon history are made to do the filthiest things imaginable here and you will never look at their shows or films in the same way ever again!
Prepare to see something really 100% exclusive and not available anywhere! Hi-quality movie clips created by animation professionals, featuring your favorite characters doing things they would never do on TV or in print. They have a special artist who draws only for them since 2004 who is rather famous, his name is Helg and he is professional artist and animator.
This site currently features 75 videos, as well as around 600 image galleries. The images are usually available at a variety of sizes but without ZIP download files. The videos are usually available in Flash format to display at 640x480 for streaming only. This site is updated several times a week.
I have seen one or two sites that are quite like Cartoon Valley in my time and have always pondered how they get away with using established cartoon characters like this in their content. To be honest, I still have absolutely no idea how they get away with it all but I am very glad that they did and I am certainly no legal expert and therefore I’m in no position to worry about what they are doing here. I’ll just leave that up to them!
I have to say, though, there are some very talented people behind this site both in terms of the still images and the videos themselves but that does depend on what you are looking at and watching. Some of the images and videos here are very good indeed but others are very simplistic and at times resembled nothing more advanced than a moving GIF image bumped up to a larger size. So, it’s something of an up and down collection, really.
The navigation here is okay but obviously with the lack of options on the videos and galleries there are not that many viewing options for you to make use of.
The descriptions of each of the videos and the galleries were very in-depth and impressive, but I would have thought that would have led on to some fuller update information. Mind you, it’s still quite good and I think that this site is easy enough to get around on the whole.
Cartoon Valley is a interesting site in terms of its concept and background, but I don’t think that it has translated into a consistently excellent site as I rather hoped it would be.
Some of the sets and videos are pretty disappointing compared to some of the more professional looking efforts on this site, so they need to tighten up their quality control as this site progresses.
