DareRing currently has 6 ‘games’ or sets of videos, each of which is split into 6 or 7 parts. All the games usually last around the 90 minute mark at least. All videos are available in WMV format and usually display at an impressive 640x480, at around 1350kbps.
In amongst the clatter of humdrum hardcore sites that tend to litter most reaches of internet porn, just occasionally you get a site that actually wants to be different. Even wanting to be different is a rare commodity in internet porn these days.
By this criteria, DareRing is probably quite aptly named both in terms of its content and in terms of its unusual and original approach to adult entertainment.
I don’t think it would be unfair to say though that the main attraction of DareRing isn’t necessarily the main content, but rather the very impressive community that has been built up on an imaginatively organised and well marshalled message board.
On here, members post their own truths or dares, with challenges and meet ups organised, and the results of their get-togethers posted for everyone to enjoy. It’s this side of the site that I found most interesting, with the members seeming to be intelligent and grown up - save for a few, “GET YOUR TITS OUT, GIRLS! THAT’S MY DARE!” comments that are rightly treated with the disdain they deserve.
The main content itself isn’t too bad though, and I would suggest that this is the type of thing that reality porn fans who are looking for something rather different from the ‘audition’ stuff they usually get fobbed off with might want to check out.
The honesty of the contestants is plain to see – there’s no acting here or fake gesticulations. This is honest and occasionally intriguingly frank stuff. The big question I would have had before visiting this site is whether people would actually pay to watch this, as surely being involved is far more interesting. Obviously my question is answered by the 7000+ members that the message board has.
The lack of content may also be a concern for some people, but the webmaster is quite open in acknowledging the fact that the expansion of the community element of this site is the main concern of DareRing at this moment.
As such, I wouldn’t be too concerned about value for money concerns either. This really is all about meeting like-minded people and open-minded people getting together for some saucy antics.
