Helen Volga is the official site of a Russian adult model who has now turned her hand to photography as well as modelling. On this site, you can see her photography of fellow Russian and European glamour and adult models.
Helen brings her 10 years of modelling experience to her site, as she starts an exploration of what makes women look at their most beautiful.
Helen Volga focuses solely on photographing solo models only, and looks to bring out the beauty in ordinary Russian women. Helen also claims that this is the first site established by a model turned photographer.
There are currently around 300 photo galleries, and around 45 videos as well spread over around 190 different models. The photos usually display at 1024x768, but this can slightly vary in a few photo galleries. Videos are available in DivX format only but display at an impressive 640x480 at a bitrate of around 800kbps. Updates are usually made on a daily basis!
Helen Volga is the type of site that I would like to see more of on the internet. I’d like to see more models and performers move into the production side of things and get a cross-section of opinions out there. As a result, this is a fair bit of different from your usual amateur model photography sites mainly due to the types of girls that are used and the types of shoots they are involved in.
Most European photography sites focus on teenage blonde models doing very little. Helen Volga gives chances to BBWs, mature women and a whole host of different models.
For the most part, it is solo posing stuff with the occasional dip into lesbian content as well. But the types of content produced are entirely different from what you usually get on quite a lot of occasions, with some odd and occasionally funny galleries to be found here.
The emphasis here is very much on fun and allowing the models to enjoy themselves, and there’s no doubting that the girls are altogether more attractive when they are enjoying themselves.
I was concerned by one gallery where a couple of girls started fooling around with a watermelon as one of them motioned as if she was going to try and insert the damn thing! Fortunately, sense prevailed and she simply cut off a piece to eat instead. Phew!
The range of content is great here as mentioned and even when it opts for more generic categories, it still tries to cling to the fringes with a fair sprinkling of watersports content visible here – if you pardon the pun.
The site is pretty well presented. It offers you the chance to browse the models alphabetically if you so wish.
The download speeds are not too bad but could have been quicker I felt, plus some more browsing options all round would be a nice addition. Everything regarding the updates is really great though, from the frequency of them to the information about them.
Helen Volga is, hopefully, a glimpse into what the future could hold for adult entertainment, that being the involvement of performers more directly in the production of content. Helen has a real eye for what looks good on the camera, and caters to a hell of a lot of tastes.
