There are currently 75 updates available to view, all of which contain videos only, and all of which can be downloaded or streamed. The videos are available in three different WMV resolutions, with High Def 1280x720(5000Kbps) being the highest quality download.
There are also Quicktime versions available in just medium and high quality versions, with 1280x720 once again being the highest quality versions with bitrates varying again.
