There are around 20 updates, all of which feature photo galleries and videos. The photos here mostly display at around 680x1024 pixels in size.
The videos are available to stream only in WMV format. You can watch the videos at a best resolution of 640x480 (1300kbps). The site hasn’t been updated since August 2007.
As I’ve commented before on reviews for sites that have a medical setting for themselves, I dislike hospitals immensely. However, the more sites like HornyInHospital that keep coming along, the more likely that I am to start viewing them slightly more positively.
The only problem here is that having not been updated for the best part of 14 months, it seems unlikely that it’s going to progress beyond its embryonic stages.
What we do have is a mixture of patients, relatives, doctors and nurses all chipping in to a variety of hardcore and lesbian sex, with plenty of threesomes and foursomes thrown in for good measure.
And it’s all pretty good and occasionally pretty funny as well (Alana fucking some guy just out of ‘surgery’ is lots of fun) with some extremely hot girls, but ultimately this is relying a hell of a lot on the massive amount of bonus sites.
In terms of bonus sites, you get a grand total of 22! The navigation was pretty good and I didn’t see much that would warrant major changes either.
The download speeds were pretty good even on the occasions that there were some higher definition videos, helped by the splitting of file sizes.
There was a good amount of update information on the whole, and access to all of the site’s features and bonus sites was pretty easy. On the whole, the presentation was generally pretty good. |

Horny In Hospital is by no means the only site in this network where the updates appear to have dried up a long time ago, so there is some precedent for it unfortunately.
And like with many of those sites, the content is actually extremely good and so the frustration of no more updates grows further. Well worth looking at though in conjunction with the network access.
