Photo quality and style is definitely amateur, the type you would take yourself at home. Still, they’ve managed to do a good job of mixing up full-body shots and lots of great close-ups. There are both softcore solo and hardcore galleries.
Resolution is at 480x640. The number of pics per gallery is highly varied. I found a gallery with just six pics, and others with over 100. You can use the slideshow feature for ease of jerking. Sets are not available for download.
There are no videos in Kathoeys, an important note if you prefer video over photo. As best as my cock-trained eye could tell, there are both transgendered as well as transvestite models on Kathoeys.

The tour states that Kathoeys updates three times per week. But on the update pages, the latest sets have an update day of about 3 weeks old. Based on the overall navigation, I suspect that the date given is probably the day the sets were uploaded to their servers, not the actual update day.
My overall impression of the members’ area is that Kathoeys installed automation software that they never bothered to customize.
Kathoeys specializes in ultra niche, 100% exclusive content. Keeping that in mind, if you’re into shemale / tranny transgendered and transvestite girls from Thailand, you should be quite pleased with the content inside.
Also keep in mind that if navigation is a big deal to you, you won’t be too wowed by Kathoeys. If you need video to get you off, Kathoeys doesn’t have any video. And if you like bonus features, you won’t find them here.
But I must say that this reviewer was impressed to see real cocks, whether it was a transgendered or a cross-dressing kathoey. Some sites get “creative” with their tranny content, but you won’t find any fakes at Kathoeys.
