Videos on KickAssPussyPump display at 640x480 (at around 1500kbps most of the time) in WMV format for pretty much all of the time, although there are occasional videos that can be viewed in Quicktime as well.
Image sizes vary from gallery to gallery with there being an option to view them in two different sizes. There are currently around 50 videos and around 25 image galleries to view here, and the site is updated around about every fortnight.
