PantiesAndFannies currently has over 40 episodes, all of which contain videos and image sets. The image galleries are mostly screenshots and usually display at 640x480.
The videos are available in WMV format and can be streamed only, but they do come in three different speeds. These display at 480x360 for the best two versions (340kbps and 500kbps respectively) in general. Updates are roughly weekly.
Now, PantiesAndFannies is a little confusing for me. In America, you lot use the word ‘fannies’ to describe asses. Over here in Britain, we use the word to describe pussies.
After quite a while of viewing the content on PantiesAndFannies I’m still no closer to figuring out which area they were talking about! They really don’t focus on any particular area for long before they are almost straight away down to the hardcore action.
And that’s the biggest fault of PantiesAndFannies, I think. I mean, it’s all very well titling a site as such, but if you hardly spend any time at all focusing on at least the panties, then there hardly seems much point in making a reference to it at all.
What you are left with is a hardcore site that is by no means bad, but isn’t quite what you might have been expecting. There are some nice panty shots and video clips – just expect too many of them.

PantiesAndFannies is really well presented for the most part. All the exclusive updates are clearly marked, which is great to see. The galleries are extremely well presented with good video options and good download speeds on the whole.
The updates however are a disappointment, with only a few updates so far in 2006. This is a real shame and doesn’t actually make much sense either considering the quality of the concept here. The videos are organised extremely well though with all of them split into many smaller parts.
PantiesAndFannies doesn’t really spend enough time on the relevant area for it to be judged as a really good panties fetish site, which is a shame because it could be. It seems far too eager to move on to more XXX rated areas.
When it does move into those areas, the site is clearly at its best and more focused, very slickly delivered. But it should have been good in an entirely different way.
