The images mostly display at 640x480, and are usually screenshots of the videos here. The videos are available in WMV format and can be streamed only, but they do come in three different speeds. These display at 200x150 (140kbps) for the low quality versions, and 320x240 for the best two versions (440kbps and 740kbps respectively) in general. Updates usually come around about once a week.
