PornIsAnArt is a site that attempts to show that the naughty media of pornography can also be turned into something altogether more artistic even if it does contain lots of nudity and sex.
With a beautiful selection of models that know exactly how to put themselves across as beautiful pieces of art, this is an opportunity for those of you who like their smut to be slightly more high-brow.
PornIsAnArt currently contains around 25 videos and 45 photo galleries, with most photos displaying at 900x675 in size.
The videos available in Quicktime, DivX or WMV format, with both offering downloads of 320x240 (920kbps). You can also download videos to your iPod. PornIsAnArt is updated on a weekly basis.
Now here’s a site that is telling everyone what I’ve been saying for a long time – porn IS an art. Or at least it can be when done properly.
PornIsAnArt does have a problem in that, having called itself such a name, it then has an obligation to make sure that it delivers on both of its promises as an art site and as a porn site.
It’s also a pretty new offering, so don’t be too perturbed by what might be perceived as a lack of updates here – it’s to be expected.
The photography is obviously very important to the art side here and, whilst this is no match really for the European photography sites out there, they have a reasonable stab at this type of thing.
True to type, they then chuck out any hardcore action that might have been present and instead opt for solo masturbation / posing and lesbian action. They seemingly set out to prove a point and I do actually think they do quite a good job of it.

PornIsAnArt is present in practically all aspects of the site. The download speeds were absolutely excellent even on the full length video downloads.
The update information was more than good enough to keep you up-to-date with what will be happening in the future and what has happened in the past. I really found this an easy site to get around and it is supplemented by easy access to the bonus sites.
It’s good to see a site that wears its opinion on its sleeve, although I wonder how many might be put off by the title of
PornIsAnArt. They shouldn’t be, it’s quite good.
It’s probably never going to reach the heights of some of the sites in this niche by all accounts, but in terms of a network site it is far more refined than others and works pretty well as a whole.
