Depending on who you ask, the career of Jana Jordan either started in 2004 or in 2007. It’s more likely that she started in the former year, but not as Jana Jordan but rather as the first of her two reasonably well known names, namely as Jana Rocks. She’d then spend the best part of a year performing as Jana Foxy before she adopted her current name, Jana Jordan, and the one that has recently seen her break through in no uncertain terms as an adult performer.

She started off as a contract performer for the Ninn Worx label when she was just 18 after a fairly normal Texan childhood. For a couple of years there she worked mostly as a non-nude teen model and garnered a fair amount of popularity in photo shoots without seemingly shooting many videos. It was only when she switched to her most famous name of Jana Jordan and started to receive professional accolades that movies of her early work started to appear.

In fact, the first 3 years or so of her career were really rather a stop-start affair. After changing her name to Jana Foxy, she made an attempt at her own website called I Dream Of Jana, but this closed down not long after it opened. A previous website under her first name still exists but now mostly consists of broken images – there isn’t much to see there. It did seem as though she was drifting aimlessly between projects that didn’t appear to be heading in the right direction for her.

Her fortunes started to change in 2007 when she adopted her latest surname of Jordan. Within a month or too she was named as Danni.com’s DanniGirl of the month for March 2007. It was finally the mainstream adult exposure that she had been looking for and, looking at her, she certainly deserved it as well. Pretty and petite blondes are generally ten a penny within the adult industry, but a cheeky disposition and outstanding beauty put her above most of those in that category of looks.

Jana Jordan  was suddenly in-demand. Her older work as Jana Rocks started to appear on DVD, albeit under her newer name and she happily continued a working relationship with Ninn Worx. The DVD The House Of Jordan, featuring dangerously erotic lesbian action, outlined why she would become a girl-girl performer that would start to command the attention of many large companies out there. She wasn’t just a pretty face who could pose – she could perform too.

2007 as a breakout year continued to progress nicely as she was handed the title of Penthouse Pet Of The Month for August – an award given to her in what is widely regarded as a very strong year for the company and its Pets. Suddenly it emerged that she had worked, or was working, for companies from the widely acclaimed amateur website and company Matt’s Models, other online presences such as Mac & Bumble and Twistys, and generally regarded overall companies such as New Sensations, Kick Ass and Hustler.

It was a tremendous year for her and a quite remarkable turnaround after a fairly tumultuous couple of years for her. 2008 would continue to serve her well and, as I write this, continues to do so. You can generally tell when an adult star has arrived when he or she is afforded the honour of a Wikipedia entry about them! More importantly for Jana on the web side of things though was the creation and release of her official website Club Jana Jordan in June of this year.

As reflects her career to date, it tended to be much heavier on photographic content than videos, but showed significant promise and exclusively shot content that couldn’t be seen elsewhere. Her confidence clearly growing, she is becoming more accustomed to video-based shoots and more videos of her are becoming available by the month. And that’s exactly the route this talented, if shy, blonde should be taking if she is to live up to the belief that she is the best specialist girl-girl talent from America at this time.
