Pornstar Legends is a step back into the not-so-distant past of the 70s, 80s and early 90s with a view to finding some classic porn movie titles featuring some of the biggest stars of that period.
Pornstar Legends features segments from some of the most notorious titles of that period, and features appearances from retro stars like Nina Hartley, Linda Lovelace & Christy Canyon amongst others.
Pornstar Legends currently features around 90 videos and around 70 photo galleries. Videos are available to stream mostly at 640x480 (1300kbps) in WMV format, but full movies can be downloaded in WMV format too. Images are available in all manner of sizes throughout the site.
It was good to see that although Pornstar Legends couldn’t resist doing what seemingly all retro porn sites do and have to have scenes from Deep Throat on their site, it does actually seem to go out of its way to make sure there is a great cross-section of content in its pages.
Many such sites almost solely focus on hardcore content (seemingly keen to crowbar John Holmes and Ron Jeremy on to the site), meaning very little of lesbian action makes it.
That’s not the case here. There is lots of hardcore stuff, and some truly memorable stuff as well. But when your site’s highlight is a really messy but tremendously hot and hardcore scene between Sarah Jane Hamilton & Bionca, featuring a fantastic four finger fucking/anal beads double penetration scene then you know you’re doing something right.
Blake Mitchell & Olivia almost match it for hotness during their scene from Debbie Class Of ’95 .
Pornstar Legends has plenty of bonus content with access to 2 other sites in this collective – Busty Milly and The Top Pornstars, as well as several third party sites.
Pornstar Legends had a navigation that worked okay, but could certainly have been better. I liked the idea that you could browse all the videos and photos by names of the stars, but the ability to browse by title isn’t here and that really is quite a vital tool on a site like this.
Also, it would be nice to just be able to browse all the updates in one large index too. Good download speeds though and despite their general age, the videos and photos look pretty good.
Pornstar Legends isn’t quite the comprehensive archive of classic porn titles that you might expect, and is instead more interested in showcasing the biggest and hottest stars of its period.
It was good also that it hunts down the sexiest photo galleries and doesn’t just focus on videos for its content. Not sure how often it is updated, but Pornstar Legends is a decent retro collective.
