Studs Over 40

At the time of this review, this site had 29 videos available to members. Each run about 20 minutes and they can be streamed in the Flash format or downloaded in the WMV and MPEG formats. Streaming movies play at 720x480 pixels @ 1200 Kbps. The downloadable movies have the same resolution, but play at 2000 Kbps. MP4 formats are available too. There is no DRM protection on the movies and they come with screencaps and video trailer.

There are also 15 galleries, which each contain approximately 70 pictures each and have a resolution of 1280x720 pixels if viewed online or a resolution of 1600x1200 pixels if downloaded via the handy zip file. Each photo is clear and their is a good progression of action as you view the set.

As promised, Studs Over 40 does a great job of bringing some very intense mature action to your video screen. They also did a nice job of bringing a cross section of bears to the site. There are the muscular types, and those who could use a little time on the treadmill. It also does a good job of bringing variety to the action.

There are bears in solo action, bear on bear action and bear on twink action. Though the movies aren't exclusive (they are taken from about 12 DVD's), they still provide some pretty intense hardcore action complete with blowjobs, butt fucking, rimming and cumshots. There is even some nice bareback action, though I would have liked to have seen a little more.

The site also has an extensive number of bonus sites. Members get 11 bonus sites with their membership, which include Big Cocks and Jocks, Club Sean Corwin, Club Turk Melrose, Twink Clinic, Bare Back 101, He's So Big, Bisex 101, Handy Studs, Crotch Buffet, Fuck That Twink and Barely Twinks.

This site has a nice clean interface and everything is well categorized. You can choose movies by category, most popular, most recent and most viewed.

There isn't a search feature to search by keyword, but most members will have no problem using the filters to drill down to the content they want.

Though some of the updates seem to have been erratic, it now appears that they are updating the site with new content on a weekly basis.

Studs Over 40 has its share of pros and cons. At the moment, there isn't a whole lot of content here and the content isn't exclusive. These are the two hindrances of this site. When it comes to content count, it needs to be said that this site is still fairly new.

They are adding new content on a regular basis, so hopefully the content count will come up dramatically. And though the content isn't exclusive, it's not stuff that I have seen before. And that in itself is a pretty huge statement since I review a lot of gay sites.

There are more pros than cons however. The site is fast, the movies have nice resolutions and the action represents the niche of the site. Plus, the men are hot, the action even hotter and members get access to a huge network that contains quite a large amount of porn. All in all, I would say this is a good site that is only going to get better with time.
