SwallowMePOV currently contains over 20 updates, all of which contain videos and image sets. The image galleries that accompany the video sets come in the form of video stills which can be viewed at 720x480.
The SwallowMePOV videos are available in WMV and MPEG formats, with the WMV versions offering 4 download speeds and the MPEG versions offering 2 speeds. The WMV versions are available at 240x180 for the lower two speeds (40kbps and 120kbps respectively) and 352x240 (250kbps and 720kbps) for the higher two speeds.
The MPEG versions display at 240x160 (370kbps) and 352x240 (675kbps) respectively. Updates appear to be fairly irregular unfortunately.
