The Panty Collector has over 50 photo and image galleries, and around 40 video sets as well. The photos normally display at an ideal 1024x768 on the whole.
The videos are available in MPEG and WMV formats to download or stream, and they both have a top display window of 720x480, with bitrates varying between 2500kbps and 3800kbps. Updates seem to be made approximately three times per week.
This is a slightly peculiar site that doesn’t at this point seem to know exactly what it is. The actual ‘panty collector’ side of the site seems to be far from fully developed at this stage, with only 10 updates available on this side of the site.
It was this side of the site that initially interested me the most as well, I must admit. Katja likes her panties nice and soiled, and in one particularly remarkable update she leaves a pair on for 15 days to get them smelling and feeling the way she exactly wants them.
It’s that side of the site that I was really looking forward to seeing more of, but it also seems to be the side of the side of the site that is getting the least attention at the moment.
The rest of the content though is a really good mixture of panty fetishism, with no reason for complaints amongst any of that. There are plenty of solo shoots of mostly teens flashing their panties in some sexy outings, and there are also a few hardcore updates too with some cumshots dished out on said panties.
The Panty Collector is a real mixed bag when it comes to the navigation. The ‘panty collector’ section is the easiest part of the site to navigate, and you won’t have any problems here.
But elsewhere, it’s a bit of a trial, really. Photo galleries pop up under links you thought were leading to an individual photo gallery – by far the most annoying thing here.
The videos do take a while to download but are of such a high quality that this can be forgiven. Update information isn’t brilliant but generally serves a purpose.
The Panty Collector is a very exciting panty fetish site which can already boast an excellent range of content, and some very original and unique stuff as well. But at this moment, it is only exciting.
The actual ‘panty collecting’ side of the site is the most interesting part, but needs far more development beyond what is there now. If this can be capitalised on further, then The Panty Collector will be one of the very best sites in this niche around.
