XtremeDiaper.com features well over 450 updates, all of which feature videos and photo galleries, with most photos displaying at 900x600.
Videos are available in MPEG format, and usually display at 320x240 (800kbps). Updates are made many times every week.
I will give credit to Xtreme Diaper for taking something that is usually one of my most unpleasant tasks that I have to carry out several times daily with my two daughters, and trying to craft something altogether more pleasant with it.
XtremeDiaper is a genuinely comprehensive diaper and adult baby fetish site that seeks out many different sub-categories and basically casts them in a diaper-clad light. Ever seen much anal content where one of the performers wear a diaper? Didn’t think so!
The fact that they cover so many areas on the site isn’t the only reason why it’s so impressive though. It also helps that the site is willing to experiment so thoroughly with the fetish and cross-breed it with other genres, but also that the performances are so excellent throughout. It’s a genre that really does thrive on the performers looking comfortable (but not too comfortable!) and they almost always do. There are some fantastic videos here. |

Initially, the navigation that XtremeDiaper has doesn’t look terribly impressive on paper – the frames set-up is initially a slight annoyance. But actually, although it isn’t particularly aesthetically pleasing, it works just fine.
Sure, I could have done with higher resolution videos and more browsing options, but the update information and gallery descriptions are very good indeed, as are the download speeds. The categorisation of the content is also really key to the site. |

Although it’s perfectly aware that it is catering for a specialist and niche audience, Xtreme Diaper is still a site that I could well see converting quite a lot of people who are not into adult baby stuff.
It’s a shame they didn’t throw off-shoot site We Love Plastic into the deal as a bonus site, but you can’t have everything. There surely can’t be many, if any, better diaper fetish sites around than this.
