Regular members can download up to 1080p that displays at 1920x1080(6000kbps). Updates are currently being made once a month.
As someone who never bothers with commentaries on film or TV DVDs I buy, you might ask why I find those that are offered on Assylum interesting. Firstly, because this has been done so little in porn and I would like the industry to have more transparency with its content to ward off constant accusations of misogyny. Secondly, because it just offers more insight into scenes. I often wonder how performers felt when doing certain scenes and now I have that opportunity.
Oh, by the way, the content is great as well! Using a mix of well known performers (Casey Calvert, Sarah Shevon, Penny Pax and others) and some of their own exclusive models, there is already a fascinating range of scenarios and ‘porn plays’ available here. Of course, it all looks stunning in this format - it’s not the only site doing 4K content now, but it is still one of the very few employing the format and I don’t think any other site has used it to such impressive standards so far.
User Interface
The navigation here is pretty good and has more than enough information and features for you to use. The update information is good enough to be going along with updates being regular too, which is important on any new site.
There were plenty of videos options to download those in, and the galleries were quite well presented as well. It would be good to see one or two more features and I’m not a fan of the frames set-up, but otherwise this was fine.
Conclusion
This is such a refreshing site because there is so little originality and imagination in porn these days, that we welcome a site like this who proves that they can be original. The site has also grown very nicely and doubled its amount of content since our last review.
Here is a site that has taken two porn genres, managed to meld them together with some beautifully performed and created scenes, and given its viewers a different viewing experience. I think they deserve a hell of a lot of credit for that.
